This website is operated by Yuill Partners, a fractional HR and recruitment consultancy founded by Lilly Yuill ("Yuill Partners", "we", "us" or "our"). Yuill Partners is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions about how we handle your information, you can contact us at lilly@yuillpartners.com.
We collect personal information in the following ways:
We use your personal information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage calls or meetings, send you newsletter content if you have chosen to receive it, understand how our business is performing, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not use your information to make any automated decisions about you.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business when handling contact form submissions. We rely on your consent when sending newsletter content, which you may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. Where you become a client of Yuill Partners, we will process the personal information necessary to deliver our services under the terms of our engagement with you.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted third-party service providers who help us run our website and business, such as our form submission service and, where you have opted in, our email newsletter platform. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide the relevant service to us. We may also disclose your information where required to do so by law.
Some of the service providers we use may store or process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected to a standard consistent with UK data protection law, including through providers that operate under recognised transfer safeguards.
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and follow up, and no longer than 24 months unless you go on to become a client, in which case we retain information in line with our standard business and accounting record requirements. If you have joined our mailing list, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, such as for our newsletter, you can withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at lilly@yuillpartners.com. You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Should we introduce any such tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before they are used.
Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for use by children.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated revision date.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your personal information, please contact Lilly Yuill at lilly@yuillpartners.com.
